Overview

The service fee multiplier feature enables the ability to modify the service plan access fee on a single service subscription (base fee x multiplier). It separate multiplier to be assigned against the service to increase the access fee.

The service type must be explicitly configured to enable service fee multipliers. If you find you cannot apply a service fee multiplier it may be because the service type has not been enabled to support it. If your service type has not been enabled with Service Fee Multipliers and you believe it should be, please contact Emersion.
