The following upgrades, fixes and tweaks occurred between the 16th February, 2019 - 28th February, 2019.
Service Types
WME
Service Configuration
We have removed the option to Temporarily Suspend WME services.
Bounty Management
We have fixed a defect that caused a page to break when the user clicked on the Manage link against a bounty in a Rejected or Pending Confirmation state.
Invoices
Invoice Templates
Design Settings
Service providers can now control the heading colours on invoice layout 2 via the release of a new design setting.
Re-Rate
We have fixed a caching issue that caused larger invoices to come out with incorrect values after a re-rating the invoice.
Orders
The package group filter now defaults to All Package Groups both before and after performing a service qualification.
Events
Email Out and SMS Out
We have enhanced the Email Out and SMS Out features to be able to filter Account-based recipients based on what type of service types they have. These interfaces have previously only allowed these criteria if filtering by a service contact.
We have also added the ability to set Regex validation on the Sender field for both SMS Out and Email Out templates. This is to cater for some gateway providers having differing rules and restrictions on what the Sender field must contain where other gateway providers either have different requirements or no restrictions at all.
Within SMS Out, users can now select an alternative SMS Gateway when creating a new, or editing an existing SMS message template.
Service Fulfilment Form
The service fulfilment form was not rendering the delivery address correctly. This has now been fixed.
Cost Centres
When cost centre was set on service subscription only, the system was not correctly setting the cost centre against any service features, bolt-ons and bolt-on add-on cardlines. This issue has been rectified.
We've also made a change to prevent cost centre tabs and pages appearing in Cumulus when the user has no permissions or powers.
Bulk Imports
Service Identifier Import
There were several changes made to our service identifier importer to ensure it correctly adhered to the business rules when expiring non-core identifiers.
API
The services/GetUsagePerDay API has been refactored to return all valid service plan data allowance entries. It previously only supported peak.
