This is a step-by-step guide for service providers who are are newly subscribed to the TCP Events.
- If your company also subscribes to the SMS Events module, you will need to check that both the message and SMS action types have been provided. The acceptance testing plan for the SMS module is available here.
- If your company has not subscribed to the SMS Events module, only the message action will be available.
Following this acceptance testing plan will assist you verify that Emersion have correctly enabled the module for your retail service provider account.
This module is not available with wholesale service provider accounts.
Step-by-step guide
Go to Events > Templates > Mappings
Verify that Emersion have mapped the TCP events by searching for these 3 event types.

You will need to set up event templates and enable the event before it can be used to send notifications.
