This article is for subscribers to Vocus service types. It explains what Emersion needs from you in order to collect and mediate usage.

Please provide Emersion with your Vocus FTP credentials so we can collect usage from Vocus  You may need to ask your Vocus account manager for this information.

For regular telephony service types: Vocus - IPTel SIP Trunk (4080) & Vocus - IPTel Line (3863) we will need access to the following files:

  • mediated/BBW-CDR-20190101123000-2-0012A123456A-123456.csv
  • broadworks/BBW-CDR-20190101123000-2-0012A123456A-123456.csv

For the inbound service type: Vocus - IPTel Inbound (5174) we will need access to the following files:

  • mediated/IPTelCall001006.txt

For the CTS service type: we will need access to the following files (note: this will typically be provided via a different FTP server with a different username/password)

  • out/VAP012345-2019-01-01.csv.gz

Vocus may issue you a private key (and passphrase for this key) along with your username in order to access their SFTP server (cdr.amcomiptel.com.au)

Emersion have previously provided Vocus with copy of our standard private key and may need to be reminded of this. Please give them the following public key and asked them to use this instead:
