This article is for subscribers to Vocus service types. It explains what Emersion needs from you in order to collect and mediate usage.
(S)FTP Details
Please provide Emersion with your Vocus (S)FTP credentials so we can collect usage from Vocus You may need to ask your Vocus account manager for this information.
Different Vocus products may have usage made available on different (S)FTP servers so you will need to ensure we are given all the details as appropriate for the usage we need to collect.
If there are different FTP servers and/or different files required, we will need to create a new "connector" for each one.
In addition to the above, for customers coming to us with existing carrier accounts, it is likely you have historical usage that you do not want Emersion to process.
Therefore, we need to know how far back we download and process files. Please ensure you let us know the earliest date you wish to download files.
Telephony

Vocus may issue you a private key (and passphrase for this key) along with your username in order to access their SFTP server (cdr.amcomiptel.com.au)
Emersion have previously provided Vocus with copy of our standard private key and may need to be reminded of this. Please give them the following public key and ask them to use this instead:
