Service providers need to define which tax codes should be synchronised.
This article guides users to setting up how tax codes are synchronised from source to destination using the ConnectWise Integration

This mapping is used for either sync direction.
Mapping Company Types
To access the company types mapping page, go to Integration > ConnectWise > Mappings > Communication Type
For each ConnectWise communication type, choose an Emersion communication type. When the data is synchronised, the data from the ConnectWise fields will be copied into the corresponding fields in Emersion.
Complete the mapping for all active communication types in ConnectWise.
When you are finished, press Save.
