The Vocus NBN service type in Emersion is the same for either Layer 1 and layer 2 services.
Automated Provisioning
Vocus NBN is fully automated for the purposes of provisioning.
For the automatic submission of Vocus NBN provisioning requests (SQ's, ordering etc) via Emersion, we require the following items to be supplied:
- Your provisioning certificate
- Certificate Password
- API Access Key
- Plan Codes File - This is a document that contains the technology, speed and network type and profile, then give you a plan code to match each.

Events
The following events are included with the service type. These event types will be provided to you as part of enabling the service type for your account.

You will need to set up a message template, and an SMS template if you are subscribed to SMS Events, then enable the event type to be used.
