This is a step-by-step guide to verifying that Emersion have correctly enabled the TCP Events.
- If your company also subscribes to the SMS module, you will need to check that both the message and SMS action types have been provided.
- If your company has not subscribed to the SMS module, only the message action will be available.
Step-by-step guide
Go to Events > Templates > Mappings
Verify that Emersion have mapped the TCP events by searching for these 3 event types.
