This setting displays a Need Help? heading and a space just under the display if the Account Number. Under the Need Help? title, the invoice will display the:

• Org Payment Website URL
• Org Phone Number
• Up to 3 lines of text.

These can be configured under Admin > My Invoice Template > Invoice Layouts > [your layout] > Organisation Details.
