We introduce Cumulus, the primary user interface to the platform. We give some tips for navigating around quickly and efficiently.
We take the participants through how to create two types of End User customer accounts:

We introduce a number of important Emersion-specific concepts around customer accounts.
We introduce the account invoice period and its significance to the billing cycle.
We introduce the purpose of the account profile and how it is used to control what content the customer sees.
We introduce account groups and explain how what they are for and how they are different to account profiles.
We introduce how some customer settings are known as account attributes. We clarify what this means and how the attribute inheritance works.
We introduce the Account and Contact records further by touching on the purpose and use of the core customer screens and sub tabs.
