Overview

Service providers need to define which tax codes should be synchronised.

This article guides users to setting up how tax codes are synchronised from source to destination using the ConnectWise Integration

Synchronisation Support

This mapping is used when products are set to either direction

Pull: ConnectWise → Emersion.

and

Push: Emersion → ConnectWise.

To access the company types mapping page, go to Integration > ConnectWise > Mappings > Tax Code

For each ConnectWise tax code, choose an Emersion tax type to map it to.

Complete the mapping for all active tax codes in ConnectWise.

When you are finished, press Save.
