Overview
Service providers need to define which of Emersion's product price type groups and price type match the ConnectWise units of measure.
In Emersion, the "unit of measure" corresponds to two values:
- a product price type group
- a price type (based on the group).
This is a single value in ConnectWise, not two like Emersion.
When Emersion's products are synchronised to ConnectWise, the integration needs to assign a unit of measure.
This article guides users to set up how units of measure are synchronised from source to destination using the ConnectWise Integration.
Synchronisation Support
This mapping is only used when products are set to Push: Emerson → ConnectWise.
For service providers who are syncing products in the other direction configure the Unit of Measure mapping page.
Map a Product Price Type to a Unit of Measure
To access the company types mapping page, go to Integration > ConnectWise > Mappings > Product Price Type
For each Emersion product price type group/price type combination, choose:
- an Emersion product price type group to map it to.
- an Emersion product price type to map it to.
Complete the mapping for all product price type group/price type combinations that you use in Emersion are configured with a unit of measure in ConnectWise.
When you are finished, press Save.
