Overview
This article guides Cumulus staff users to disable two factor authentication for their staff log in.

Disable Two Factor Authentication
To do this:
Home > My Details > Two-Factor Authentication
The status of 2FA (enabled) will be displayed on screen.
Press the Disable button.
Open the authenticator app.
Enter the 6-digit code for Emersion.
There is a time limit on how long the code is valid. If the code changes in the app, enter the new code. |
Press the Disable button.
The system will then disable 2FA.
