This section contains articles on the various features and how to use them.
There are no prerequisites for this module.
There is no dependencies for the Reports module. It is a standalone module.
Each report in the system can be independently enabled and disabled for each service provider account. Access to a report is dependent on whether or not it has been enabled for each service provider account(s).
When a new report is mapped to a service provider account, it is not accessible while your current user session is in progress. Log out and log in to Cumulus again to see the report. |
Module permissions and powers are used to control access to modules, features, and functions.
If you are unable to access a given feature and you have checked the permissions and powers, please raise a support ticket via the service desk.
Due to historical and legacy reasons, access to reports is controlled by both module permissions and powers. Both the Reports module permission and All Reports power need to be enabled in order for a Cumulus user to use the Reports > List menu item. |
List the module permission(s) needed to enable the module/feature in the table. Once that's complete, delete the sentence immediately below the table. If there are no module permissions, delete the table and leave the sentence.
